We were moving to Denver from Kansas City and didn't have a lot of time to spend in the Denver area looking at a lot of homes. Gloria was great! We went through everything that was important to us in a home over the phone and via email. She said that she would preview the homes that fit into our specs and email the finalist to us. When we got to Denver she had 5 homes for us to see and she got it right on the 1st home.

I couldn't believe that in my 40's I was buying my first home. I was a wreck! Gloria was so patient, she listened to my fears and concerns and my eternal blabbering. I was a royal pain! It took us a while to find the exact right house, not because she didn't show me a number of the right homes butbecause I wasn't sure what I wanted. I work with Gloria on Investment/Fix and Flip properties. She is very diligent in finding properties that fit into my profit model. Although there are quite a few properties on the market because of foreclosure's there are not that many that fit into the model. Her thoroughness in looking for properties is amazing!

We had our home listed as "For Sale By Owner" for over 2 months and had only 3 people ask to look at it. We had several phone calls from Realtors asking to list our house - Gloria being one of them. She came to our house to meet us. We talked for quite a while. She knew about the homes in the neighborhood that were on the market and those that had been sold. We talked about our home and discussed how she would market our house. We liked what she said and what she had to say about Keller Williams. She asked if she could come by in a couple of days with a marketing presentation for our house. She did and we liked what she said.
